The CLP regulation is the European regulation that organises the system of classification, labelling and packaging of toxic substances and hazardous products for humans and/or environment. This regulation has obliged companies to follow this regulation for the management of their products.
In Barcelona Technical Consultancy, we offer three services with regard to the CLP:
CLP advice and calculation
We offer technical advice and calculation of product hazards according to Regulation for Classification and Labelling (EC) 1272/2008.
CLP advice and preparation
Lebels
Technical advice and development of labelling for chemical products according to CLP (pictograms, hazard statements, precautionary statements).
Safety data sheets
Development of safety data sheets (MSDS) of the product or substance according to Annex II of the REACH Regulation and according to CLP Regulation.
CLP notification
Notification of the MSDSs at the Poison Centres through ECHA Portal. UFI code generation.
